RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal at O'Connell's. In the event that a product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange. Return merchandise must be postmarked no later than 15 days after the received date. The full cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, including returned shipping. We ask that all original tags remain attached and merchandise must exhibit no signs of wear or damage. O'Connell's does not accept returns on merchandise that has been altered/tailored.
PRICING/AVAILABILITY
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally an item on our web site may be mis-priced or it's availability misrepresented. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, O'Connell, Lucas, Chelf, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
STYLIST/COSTUME DEPT. POLICY
We ask that any merchandise being returned be postmarked no later than 15 days after confirmed delivery date. The full cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, including returned shipping. Please call or email for a quote. Items sent back after 15 days, look worn, have deodorant or makeup stains, or have been washed will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returned merchandise.
